The agency behind every team.
Job On is a licensed temporary work agency (Alvará no. 1002/24), headquartered in Lisbon with an office in Tilburg, the Netherlands. We place operational teams in logistics, industry, solar energy, agriculture, hospitality and construction across Portugal and other European countries.
What we do
Local and international recruitment of operational staff. Job On is the employer and handles contracts, insurance, payslips, social security contributions and all the paperwork. Your company gets the team, and Job On takes care of the administration. Someone from Job On stays alongside the company and each worker from start to finish.
How we work
Request, selection and paperwork, team on site. On site, your company directs the day-to-day work: instructions, safety, operations and productivity. Job On is responsible for the employment side: contracts, HR, payroll, documentation and workforce administration.
Where we are
Head office in Lisbon, office in Tilburg and the legal structure to operate in Portugal and other European countries.
The agency behind every team.
Many of our workers arrive from other countries to build a new life. We treat each person with the respect we would like to receive: a written contract, help with paperwork and someone on the other side for any question.
