Who we are

What data we collect

Companies form: name, company, email, phone, sector, number of people, city, preferred date and message.

Candidate form and WhatsApp: name, sector, previous experience, the city where you want to work, the city or country you are in (optional), availability and phone number. A CV is not needed at this stage.

Browsing data: only with your consent, through measurement cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

To answer team requests and applications, prepare proposals and temporary work contracts and meet the legal obligations of a temporary work agency.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject, compliance with legal obligations and, for website measurement, consent.

For how long

Company requests: for as long as needed to answer and, where a contract exists, for the legal retention periods.

Applications: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless deletion is requested earlier or a contract is signed.

Who we share it with

Client companies, in the context of a placement; service providers that support the website and email delivery; authorities when the law requires it. Some providers may be outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). To exercise any right, write to geral@joboncompany.com.
