Lead Job On's HR operations and support the temporary staffing business, in Lisbon.
What you will do
- Lead the HR team and oversee daily operations
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee relations
- Coordinate employment contracts, worker documentation and personnel records
- Work with the finance team on attendance, timesheets and payroll
- Ensure HR processes meet applicable employment requirements
- Coordinate worker placements with clients and project managers
- Support international assignments and related documentation
- Report to management and improve HR procedures
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally in temporary staffing
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment practices
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Fluent Portuguese and good English
- Ability to manage deadlines, solve problems and support a multicultural workforce
- A degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field is preferred
