Where our field teams work

Our teams work in fields, greenhouses and orchards, and in the packing sheds where produce is sorted and boxed. The season brings long stretches of planting, pruning or harvesting, with early starts and work that follows the weather. Handling fruit with care and keeping a steady pace side by side matter here.

What we look after

  • Recruitment and selection for field and packing shed work
  • Written temporary work contracts and insurance for seasonal teams
  • Documents for each worker, kept under Alvará 1002/24
  • Support on site and help settling teams into the routine

Frequently asked questions

How do you handle a harvest season?

We start from the season itself. Tell us the crop, the tasks in the field or the packing shed and the size of the team you have in mind, and Job On handles recruitment and selection, the written temporary work contracts and the insurance around it.

What if the volume of work changes during the season?

Tell us on the companies line. Harvests move with the weather and with what the crop gives, so the size of the team is something we look at with you as the work goes on, with contracts and paperwork adjusted on our side.

How do new workers settle into the routine in the field?

Job On helps new workers settle in from day one. The Job On sales team stays with you through the whole season, comes to the site, talks to the workers and sorts out anything that gets in the way of the work in the field.
