Much of it is outdoors and at height, with strict safety rules and protective equipment on every part of the site.

Frequently asked questions

Who is responsible for the workers on our site?

Job On is the employer, under licence Alvará 1002/24. We hold the temporary work contract, the pay, the insurance and the paperwork for every worker. The contractor keeps technical direction of the works and safety coordination on site.

Can you scale the team as the build moves through its stages?

Yes. We agree the team with you stage by stage, from the structure to the finishing, with the roles and qualifications each part of the site needs. Job On's sales team follows the build and adjusts the team with you when the stage changes.

Do workers arrive with the training and qualifications the job needs?

Job On checks the qualifications, safety training certificates and paperwork each role calls for before placement, and shares each worker's background with you. Site induction and your own site rules are given on site, with Job On helping the team settle in.
