Our teams work on solar parks and rooftop installations, handling mounting structures, panel placement and cabling. Most of the day is spent outdoors, under sun and wind, often on uneven ground or at height. Sites ask for careful lifting, harness discipline and good coordination between crews working across large open areas.
What we arrange for each crew
- Recruitment and selection for solar park and installation work
- Written temporary work contracts and insurance in place
- Certifications and protective equipment checked before work at height
- All paperwork held under our licence, Alvará 1002/24
Frequently asked questions
Can Job On put together a crew for a solar park?
Yes. Recruitment and selection is built around what the park needs, from mounting structures and panel placement to cabling. Job On sets up the written temporary work contracts and insurance, and the crew comes with the certifications the site requires.
Do workers have the certifications for work at height?
We check that before anyone joins a site. Job On confirms the certifications each role calls for and arranges protective equipment for work at height. Where a specific qualification is needed for your park, tell us and it becomes part of the selection.
Who handles the paperwork for workers from abroad?
Job On does. As a licensed temporary work agency, Alvará 1002/24, we take care of the documentation, the written temporary work contracts and the insurance for every worker on your project, including people coming from outside Portugal. You keep the technical side of the site.
