Where our production teams work

Our teams work on production lines and in assembly areas, on machine feeding, packaging and quality control. Plants run day and night in many sectors, so the pace stays steady through the whole rotation. Protective equipment, hygiene standards and clear instructions at each station matter as much as the output itself.

What we handle for you

  • Recruitment and selection for production and assembly roles
  • Written temporary work contracts, insurance and worker paperwork
  • Protective equipment arranged in line with your plant rules
  • The Job On sales team alongside you on site

Frequently asked questions

Can you supply teams for rotating and night shifts?

Yes. Production runs day and night in many plants, and our recruitment and selection takes shift patterns into account from the start. Tell us how your rotation works and which stations need covering, and Job On puts together a team that fits it.

Who takes care of safety and protective equipment?

We work with you on it. Job On arranges protective equipment in line with your plant rules and confirms that each worker has the certifications the role calls for. Safety instructions on the line stay with your supervisors, and our team follows up on site.

Do you place industrial teams outside Portugal?

Yes. Job On works in Portugal and other European countries, with a head office in Lisbon and an office in Tilburg. The licence, the written temporary work contracts, the insurance and the paperwork travel with the team wherever the plant is.
